PACKAGE 1 - INTERIOR/EXTERIOR HOME PHOTOGRAPHY - $149
This is a standard real estate photography package for making your listing look it's best. It includes high resolution photos of the home both inside and out turned around in 24 hours or less- guaranteed. Photos are expertly edited and sent formatted for MLS listings and social media platforms in addition to larger sizes for print-outs and mailers. Prices start at $149 and vary from there depending on square footage.
PACKAGE 2 - INTERIOR/EXTERIOR HOME PHOTOGRAPHY + AERIAL PHOTOS - $225
This package includes everything in Package 1, but additionally provides aerial drone photos of the property from all angles. As a licensed FAA drone operator I can help capture your listing like never before with ultra high resolution photos that will wow both your clients and potential buyers. Don't trust just anyone for aerial photos- trust a professional! Package 2 prices start at $225 and vary from there depending on square footage.
PACKAGE 3 - INTERIOR/EXTERIOR HOME PHOTOGRAPHY + AERIAL PHOTOS + VIDEO - $350 & UP
Package 3 includes both previous packages with interior, exterior, and aerial photos plus a one to two minute short video of your listing inside and out. I use start of the art stabilization equipment to insure smooth footage throughout the home for a video that will instantly grab the attention of any buyer. This package is especially fit for larger homes or those situated on a body of water to truly capture the essence of the property in a way that photos cannot. The video will be provided in full HD for uploading to Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, and more. Prices for this package start a $350.
AERIAL ONLY - $99 & UP
Already have interior and exterior photos for your property? No problem! This package is for those that need aerial photos only. Aerial photos provide that extra "pop" that can only come from showing a home from every possible angle. Perfect for home with expansive land or those on a body of water. Aerial-only photos start at $99 per property.
HIGH DEFINITION VIDEO TOUR ONLY - $250 & UP
If you're looking to give buyers that extra sneak peek at all your listing has to offer, adding a high definition video is the perfect way to do so. Using state of the art stabilization equipment we create a full "virtual tour" of the inside of the home, plus aerial video of the exterior. Videos are 1 to 2 minutes long and set to music including all necessary agent contact information. This gives buyers an immersive look at your listing before ever stepping in the door.
$250 for homes 0-3000 square feet
$350 for homes 3000-5000 square feet
